Visa Details

Documents Required –

• Filled Checklist (Format attached, please fill it and send it to us)
• Passport -  Passport Copy Required (6 month validity with at least two blank page)
• UAE visa -  Required with valid UAE residence Visa copy (90 days of validity) from return date
• Emirates ID Copy
• Marriage Certificate (If Married)
• Tenancy Contract of your house in UAE
• NOC /Self Introduction Letter - Original NOC letter stating salary, designation, year of joining for employers , Self-Introduction letter stating monthly income, passport details for Partners, Investors & Owners)
• Photograph -  1 Digital Photograph with White Background (3.5*4.5 CM)
• Bank Statement: Latest 6 Months Original Scanned bank statement with bank stamp.
• Previously issued all international Visa copies (US, Schengen, UK and Canada etc.)
• Travel history required of last 5 Years (Format attached, please fill it and send it to us)
• If Invited by someone: Invitation Letter – Notarized by Local Notary Public (All details should be mentioned in Invitation Letter), Passport Copy / Canadian Residence Permit Card of inviting person, Tenancy Contract of inviting person in Canada, Relationship proof of the relationship between you and inviting person.
• Additional Documents: if you have any properties or FD in Dubai - paper of that or you own any business in UAE – Trade license of your company / business.
• Note – If you are invited by someone, then the invitation letter should be Notarized by Local Notary Public & that letter must include all of the following information:

About the person being invited:

1. Complete name
2. Date of birth
3. The person’s address and telephone number
4. Your relationship to the person being invited
5. The purpose of the trip (If you are inviting your parents for Convocation, you must include the dates of your convocation ceremony.)
6. How long the person you are inviting intends to stay in Canada
7. Details on accommodation and living expenses
8. The date the person you are inviting intends to leave Canada

About the Inviting person:

1. Complete name
2. Date of birth
3. Address and telephone number in Canada
4. Occupation
5. Status in Canada (e.g. student, worker, Canadian citizen, permanent resident)*

If you state that you will be supporting your family and friends during their visit to Canada you will need to show proof of financial support using documents such as a bank statement and/or pay stubs or a letter of employment.
