Policies at Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark

1. Ticket & Entry Policy

• Admission: Guests must have a valid ticket for entry.
• Height Restrictions: Certain rides require a minimum height of 1.2m.
• Outside Food & Drinks: Not allowed; food is available inside the park.
• Age Policy: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Dress Code Policy

• Proper swimwear is required. No loose clothing, jeans, or long dresses on rides.
• Rash guards and water-friendly footwear are allowed.

3. Safety Policy

• Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, and those with back issues are advised not to participate in extreme rides.
• Lifeguards are present, but guests must follow safety instructions.
• Running or rough play is not permitted.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable but can be rescheduled under certain conditions.
• Weather-related closures do not guarantee a refund.
